The Eastern Shoshone Tribe of Wyoming will break ground on a $25 million expansion in the spring of 2015.

The tribe is adding a 65-room hotel to the Shoshone Rose Casino near Lander. Plans call for a new gaming floor with more than 500 slot machines and table games,

As part of the expansion, the tribe is replacing its management system at the casino with SYNKROS, a product of Konami Gaming. All of the machines on the floor will be hooked up to the new system.

"The SYNKROS system was chosen after careful review of all casino management systems. Its ease of use, reporting capabilities, and powerful marketing tools made Konami the clear choice," Robert Pokorney, the general manager at Shoshone Rose, said in a press release.
