Shoshone-Bannock Tribes name executive for gaming operation

The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of Idaho hired a chief executive officer for its gaming operation.

John Phillipp, who has 30 years of experience in the Indian and commercial gaming industry industries, will oversee operations at the Fort Hall Casino and the adjacent Shoshone-Bannock Hotel and Event Center. The tribe combined management of the two properties, Local News 8 reported.

"The tribes look forward to the community meeting John and getting a chance to feel the passion and energy he will bring to our organizations," a press release stated, News 8 reported.
