The Gold Eagle Casino, a Native gaming facility in Saskatchewan, will debut an expansion early this summer, The Saskatoon StarPhoenix reports. The 34,000 square-foot facility will see another 5,000 square-feet of space. The change will allow part of the casino to go smoke free.
"This is a state-of-the-art system and we are really excited about it," senior operations manager Roger Anderson told the paper in reference to the new air system. "It will go a long way towards keeping the air cleaner." The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority operates a total of six Native casinos. Revenues are shared with all First Nations, host communities and the provincial government. Get the Story:
