The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria broke ground on a $175 million of its casino in the Bay Area of California.

The tribe is adding a 200-room hotel to the Graton Resort and Casino. The 342,000 square-foot addition will feature a spa, a pool and meeting and convention space.

Construction will generate more than 1,000 jobs, the tribe said in a press release. The project is expected to debut in the fall of 2016.

The $825 million casino opened in November 2013. It is the closest Class III facility to San Francisco, about 50 miles to the south.
