The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation reported a slot machine win of $38 million while the Mohegan Tribe saw $47.7 million.

The lawsuit accuses a bartender and two security guards at the Paragon Casino Resort of negligence in connection with a drunken-driving accident in July 2013.

The project includes a new hotel wing with 568 rooms, a 67,000 square-foot events center, a 23,000-square-foot building with a spa, salon and fitness center, two new restaurants and a four-acre pool complex.

The Apache Casino Hotel in Lawton will see a 50,000 square-foot event center with seating for up to 1,200 people for concerts, meetings, banquets and other functions.
