The Jena Band of Choctaw Indians in Louisiana is celebrating the third birthday of its gaming facility. The Jena Choctaw Pines Casino opened its doors three ago this month. The 46,000 square-foot facility offers Class II games since the state refuses to negotiate a Class III gaming compact. The tribe will celebrate on Saturday. Get the Story:
