The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians shut down a parking garage at its flagship casino after one person suffered minor injuries when a ramp collapsed on Friday morning.

Customers and employees will park in surface and off-site lots as the tribe investigates. It's the second incident of its kind at the Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort -- last February, a parking deck for the hotel suffered a collapse.

The tribe hasn't said whether the construction companies that built the hotel parking deck were also responsible for the casino garage. The hotel collapse is the subject of litigation in federal court.
