Cowlitz Tribe brings Michael Jordan's Steakhouse to new casino

The Cowlitz Tribe is bringing a big name to its eagerly-anticipated casino in Washington.

Michael Jordan’s Steak House will be among the dining options at the ilani Casino Resort, which is due to open in late April. It will be joined by Line & Lure Seafood Kitchen and Tap.

“We are thrilled to welcome two restaurants that truly embody our culture and values with their commitment to employees and passion for unmatched guest service," Kara Fox-LaRose, the president and general manager of ilani, said in a press release, The Vancouver Business Journal reported. “We cannot wait for guests to experience all they have to offer.”

The casino said both restaurants will offer beer, wine and liquor. The tribe recently won approval of its liquor license.
