The Oneida Nation will be breaking ground on its third gaming facility in New York.

The Point Place Casino in Bridgeport will feature 65,000 square-feet of gaming, dining and entertainment space. It's due to open in the spring of 2018.

“We are thrilled to announce this new investment in Central New York, and are confident it will continue the success we have had in working hand-in-hand with the local community to create good jobs and generate public revenues,” Oneida Nation Representative and Oneida Nation Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter said in a press release.

The site in Bridgeport is about 22 miles from Turning Stone Resort Casino, the tribe's first and flagship facility in Verona. A second facility, the Yellow Brick Road Casino, opened in nearby Chittenango in 2015.

Construction on Point Place is expected to begin in May.
