Brother of Pascua Yaqui chairwoman killed

The brother of the chairwoman of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona was killed on New Year's Day.

The FBI is investigating the death of Gabriel Frias, 32. He was shot sometime early January 1 on the reservation.

Chairwoman Herminia Frias said her brother was well-liked. He left behind three children.

"He was a good father to them," Frias told The Arizona Daily Star. "They were the most important people in his life."
