Murder of chairwoman's brother still investigated

The FBI continues to pursue leads in the shooting death of the brother of the chairwoman of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona.

Gabriel Frias, 32, was shot multiple times early New Year's Day. He was conscious when medics found him at the scene of the incident but he died shortly afterwards.

Neither the FBI nor Herminia Frias, 33, the first woman to lead the tribe, have released details about the shooting. No arrests have been made.
