Blackfeet Nation back to business after threat

The Blackfeet Nation of Montana reopened its headquarters on Thursday after strange substances that were found in a threatening letter were determined to be non-toxic.

A hazardous materials team from Malmstrom Air Force Base examined the white powder and a pasty substance but couldn't determine what they were. They items were found in a letter addressed to the tribe that said "Catch me if you can, please."

The FBI is investigating the incident. The letter was postmarked from California.
