Meskwaki Tribe investigates man's death

The Meskwaki Tribe of Iowa is investigating the death of a 35-year-old man.

Sam Lincoln, a reservation resident, was found dead on the train tracks on Sunday. An autopsy is pending but tribal police say he suffered massive head trauma.

In related news, Iowa Gov. Chet Culver (D) signed a bill to allow state courts to recognize decisions of Meskwaki courts.
