Website linked to Abramoff scandal taken down

The website for the Council of Republicans for Environmental Advocacy is no longer active.

CREA President Italia Federici kept the site up and running after she was linked to the Jack Abramoff scandal. But now that she pleaded guilty to obstructing the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, it's been taken down.

Federici acted as a "conduit" between Abramoff and former Interior deputy secretary J. Steven Griles, who was sentenced to 10 months in prison for his role in the scandal.
