Tulalip Tribes raise money for cultural center

The Tulalip Tribes of Washington raised money for a new cultural center at its Tulalip Living History Festival on Saturday.

The Hibulb Cultural Center will cost $10 million. The tribe has already pledged $6 million and has secured a $1 million matching grant from the state.

The tribe has created the Tulalip Foundation to raise the rest of the money.
