Arrest made in connection with Cheyenne River fire

The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota has arrested an 18-year-old man in connection with a house fire on the reservation.

The fire killed two children in the remote community of Cherry Creek. The victims were Keya Rooks, 4, and her 2-year-old brother, Marvin.

U.S. Attorney Marty Jackley said the fire is still being investigated.
