With gas prices at record highs, Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) and Sen. Barack Obama (D-Illinois) are battling over their energy plans.

McCain supports more drilling, including in off-shore areas that are sensitive to Alaska Natives. "We have to drill here and drill now," he said on Monday.

Obama opposes more drilling but wants the federal government to open up the Strategic Petroleum Reserve in hopes of lowering gas prices. The Bush administration has rejected the idea and McCain does not support it.
