The elderly residents of a mobile home park in Florida are happy with their new landlords -- the Seminole Tribe.
The residents say they trust the tribe to run the Seminole Mobile Estates better than their prior landlord. The tribe already reversed a controversial $49 rent increase.
"The Seminole Tribe has great respect for the elderly and takes care of their parents and grandparents," tenants association president Mary Moore, 82, told The South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "Anyone who does that is aces in my book, so I'm thinking we're going to be OK."
The tribe took over the property last month after saying the former managers failed to live up to a lease.
