Goshute Tribe threatens suit over rare Utah fish
The Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation in Utah says it will sue the Interior Department for failing to act on a petition to protect a rare fish.

The tribe, joined by two conservation groups, want the least chub protected under the Endangered Species Act. They say Interior has failed to answer their petition, which was filed in June 2007.

The fish is found only in Utah's Bonneville Basin.
