Paper highlights DUI death of Ho-Chunk man
As part of its Wasted in Wisconsin series, The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel is profiling victims of alcohol-related accidents.

Bruce Mosher, a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, was killed on July 13, 2003, when a driver whose blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit ran into his taxicab. Mosher had been giving people who had too much to drink rides home from a local festival that night.

"The thing he was trying to do was to get everyone home safe," taxicab manager David Lee said. "He got everybody but one person."

Mosher was 43. The driver of the other car, 20-year-old Luke Goudreau, was also killed.
