Fire kills five on First Nation in British Columbia
A house fire on the Chemainus First Nation in British Columbia killed five people and injured three others were who were able to escape.

The fire broke out early Wednesday morning. Gilbert Frenchy, 22, said he lost his grandmother, aunt and niece in the blaze, along with two others.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire, which may have been caused by a gas lantern.
