Michael Valandra, a council member for the Rosebud Sioux
Tribe of South Dakota, was arrested for soliciting a minor and sexual contact, KOTA-TV reports.
Valandra, 49, was arrested last Thursday in Rapid City. He appeared in court on Friday morning and was released on $20,000 bond in the afternoon.
