Lakota Country Times consolidates ownership
The Lakota Country Times of South Dakota is now solely owned by Connie and Manuel Blanco.

The Blancos bought out former partners Bat and Patty Pourier last week. "We're excited," Connie, a member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, told The Rapid City Journal.

The weekly paper is published every Wednesday. It has a circulation of 4,100, with 1,300 print subscribers and 200 online subscribers, according to the Journal.
