The FBI is offering a $50,000 reward for information about the 1999 deaths of two members of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, of South Dakota.

Wilson Edison Black Elk, Jr. and Ronald Owen Hard Heart were found on the Pine Ridge Reservation on June 8, 1999. The FBI said the men were last week in Whiteclay, Nebraska, a border town where alcohol is sold.

The FBI has identified suspects but has released new details in hopes of landing a conviction. Both men were killed by multiple blows to the head with a blunt object in the evening of June 6 or early in the morning of June 1999.
