Skull Valley Band resolves drinking water case
The Skull Valley Band of Goshute Indians of Utah has settled a Safe Drinking Water Act case.

The tribe will pay a fine of $1,250 and make about $3,750 in improvements to its water system.

The settlement resolves a lawsuit filed against the tribe by the federal government.
