Coquille Tribe wants case in federal court
The Coquille Tribe of Oregon wants a lawsuit over a municipal services agreement moved to federal court.

The city of North Bend filed the lawsuit in state court. But tribe says it should be resolved in federal court because it involves questions of federal Indian law.

The city says the tribe has failed to make payments for police, fire and sewer services. The tribe says it is willing to pay its fair share but says the existing agreement is unfair.
