Three Affiliated Tribes chairman seeks second term
Marcus Levings, the chairman of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation of North Dakota, will seek a second term in office.

Levings, 43, was elected in November 2006. So far, he's the only declared candidate.

The tribe's primary will be held in September, with the general election scheduled for November.
