Witness list for SCIA hearing on law enforcement hiring
The Senate Indian Affairs Committee holds a hearing tomorrow to discuss law enforcement in Indian Country.

The committee will look into recruitment, training, hiring and retention of Bureau of Indian Affairs and tribal police officers. Most reservations remain understaffed and some tribes have only a handful of officers to cover large land bases.

The hearing takes place at 2:15pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows:
