Teen from Saginaw Chippewa Tribe jailed on assault charge
A teen from the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan is being held without bond on a federal assault charge.

Lyle J. Pego, 19, was indicted on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do great bodily harm. Federal prosecutors say he used his vehicle to try and ram another vehicle off the road.

The incident took place on December 23, 2009, on the reservation.
