Federal judge to hold status conference in Indian trust fund suit
Judge Thomas Hogan will hold a status conference tomorrow in the Indian trust fund lawsuit.

Hogan took over the case in June. He hasn't issued any major rulings, as the plaintiffs and the Obama administration continue to push for Congressional approval of a $3.4 billion settlement.

But Hogan could take action soon since the status conference comes on the October 15 deadline that was set by the parties. The plaintiffs and the Obama administration haven't said whether they will extend the deadline.

The status conference takes place at 10am in Courtroom 25A of the federal courthouse in Washington, D.C.
