Shoshone-Bannock Tribes take bison in Wyoming hunt
Members of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of Idaho participated in a ceremonial hunt on the National Elk Refuge in Wyoming.

About 60 tribal members participated, the Associated Press reported. Four bison were taken during the hunt.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service approved tribal hunting at the refuge in a 2007 management plan.
