Doctor convicted of abuse at Indian village in Guatemala
An American doctor was convicted in Guatemala for sexually abusing boys in a Mayan village.

Joshua T. Kotouc was sentenced to six years in prison. The prosecutor wanted more time but the law in Guatemala doesn't recognize rape against boy victims.

Authorities said Kotouc first showed up to the village of San Miguel Chicaj in 2006 with promises of medical care.
