Defendant in Indian artifact theft case to plead guilty
Another defendant in the Indian artifact theft case is due to plead guilty, The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Dale Lyman, 76, of Utah will be the fifth person to admit guilt in the case. Authorities say more than two dozen people illegally removed artifacts from federal and Indian lands.

Most of the artifacts were taken from Utah in an area near the Navajo Nation.
