A woman from Zia Pueblo in New Mexico won't go to trial until spring 2011 after attorneys on both sides of the case agreed to delay it.

Tiffany Toribio allegedly admitted she suffocated her 3-year-old son and buried him in a park in Albuquerque in May 2009. She has been charged with first-degree murder, child abuse intentionally resulting in the death, evidence-tampering, failure to report a death and concealing identity.

Toribio initially pleaded guilty to a murder charge but withdrew.
