New BIE director to testify at Senate panel hearing on NCLB
The Senate Indian Affairs Committee will hold an oversight hearing tomorrow on the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.

Keith Moore, the new director of the Bureau of Indian Education will testify. He started his post on June 1.

The hearing takes place at 2:15pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows:
