The Yakama Nation might join a lawsuit over a solar farm in Washington.
The tribe alleges it wasn't consulted before Kittitas County entered into an agreement for the 400,000-panel, $350,000 solar farm.
The site is located on ceded treaty lands, Kristina Proscek of the tribe's environmental office said at a public hearing.
Some landowners have already filed a lawsuit against the Teanaway Solar Reserve project. They are seeking more study of the farm.
