The Muscogee Nation is still declining to enter into a tobacco tax compact with the state of Oklahoma.

The tribe has been accused of selling cigarettes without proper tax stamps. State Treasurer Scott Meacham says the tobacco is coming from Canada.

Other tribes have agreed to share tax revenues with the state.
