Non-Indian charged with Saginaw Chippewa home invasion

A non-Indian man is accused of breaking into a home owned by a member of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan.

Joshua James Houser, 31, allegedly kicked in the door of the home and assaulted the owner. He is charged with first-degree home invasion in federal court.

Houser faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
