Cherokee Nation business executive won't comment on leave

David Stewart, the CEO of Cherokee Nation Businesses, won't discuss why he's been placed on administrative leave.

Stewart told News on 6 that he doesn't plan on resigning. But he said that he went on leave in order to resolve a contractual dispute.

"I just want to make the point that the company is in great financial condition at this point," Stewart told News on 6.
