Some Indian beneficiaries in Montana still waiting for check

Some Indian beneficiaries in Montana still haven't received the first payment from the $3.4 billion Cobell trust fund settlement.

Checks of $1,000 were mailed shortly before Christmas. Two of Warren Small's brothers received their money but Small hasn't.

"They made it sound like I was going to get it, like 100%," Small told KRTV.

A second round of payments is expected later this year.
