Woman accused of smuggling man thru Mohawk Reservation

A Playboy magazine playmate is being accused of helping her boyfriend illegally enter the U.S. through the St. Regis Mohawk Reservation in New York.

Colleen Shannon, 34, allegedly drove Robert Skojo's car across the Canadian border. Authorities say she then picked up Skojo at a hotel near the reservation.

Shannon argues that she didn't actually help Skojo cross the border. He allegedly used a boat to enter the reservation before going to the hotel.

Skojo is a Canadian citizen. His criminal record bars him from entering the U.S, the Associated Press reported.

The case is being heard in federal court in Syracuse, New York.
