Oglala Sioux Tribe seeking designs for Sioux Nation dollar coin

The Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota will be producing a Sioux Nation dollar coin.

The tribe is working with Native American Mint of California on the coin. Designs are being solicited to represent tribal history, culture, values and hopes for the future, according to press release.

Entries are being accepted until March 15.
