Charges pending over man's death on First Nation in Manitoba

Charges are pending in connection with a man's death on the Waywayseecappo First Nation in Manitoba.

A 29-year-old man died after the vehicle he was riding in became submerged in a body of water. The 19-year-old driver and an 18-year-old passenger were able to escape.

The 19-year-old driver faces charges of drunk driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
