Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes set for council primary

The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of Montana will hold a primary election on November 2.

Forty-two people have announced their candidacy for the council. Seats for five districts are up for grabs.

The top candidates will advance to a general election on December 14.
