The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is planning several improvement projects at its office building in Sioux City, Iowa.

Ho-Chunk Inc., the tribe's economic development corporation, plans to renovate the atrium at the 10-story Ho-Chunk Centre. Several floors are being updated and an eatery called Sweetwater Café will open this spring.

Blue Earth Marketing, an HCI subsidiary, also moved into the building. The company now has two offices.

The tribe and its investors purchased the Ho-Chunk Centre, at 600 Fourth St., in September 2012.
