Ponca Tribe to host swearing-in ceremony for appellate court

The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is establishing an appellate court.

The tribe previously used the Northern Plains Intertribal Court of Appeals. But now it will have its own appeals court.

A swearing-in ceremony will be held February 27 for Chief Justice Mary Jo Hunter and judges Eldena Bear Don't Walk and Richard McGee.
