Navajo man dies after being shot during altercation at Walmart

A Navajo Nation man died on Sunday after being shot at a Walmart in Chandler, Arizona.

Kriston Charles Belinte Chee, 36, was shot by another patron at the store. The shooter has been identified as Kyle Wayne Quadlin, 25, but he remains free pending an investigation into the incident.

Chee and Quadlin apparently got into a fight. Quadlin reportedly told police he pulled out a gun because he feared for his life.
