Paulette Jordan, a member of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe, is campaigning for a seat in the Idaho Legislature. Jordan, 34, is a Democrat. She wants to represent District 5, Seat A position, in the Idaho House. Jordan ran for the House in 2012. She lost but hasn't given up on her dreams of public service. "I have been encouraged by many people to run again," Jordan said in a press release, The Coeur d'Alene Press reported. "I was taught as a young girl, when you get bucked off a horse, you get right back on. I am returning to the political arena a lot wiser and more seasoned." Get the Story:
