The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana held an election for two council seats on Saturday. David Sickey won a fourth term on the council, The Lake Charles American Press reported. Crystal Williams is a newcomer. The two council members will serve a four-year term. The inauguration takes place June 10. The chairman of the tribe is Lovelin Poncho. Get the Story:
