Murder charges in deaths of Indian man and woman in Oklahoma


Summer Gokey and Joseph Bounds were found dead on March 20 in Seminole, Oklahoma

Murder charges have been laid in connection with the deaths of an Indian man and an Indian woman in Oklahoma.

Joseph Daniel Bounds, 30, and Summer Dey Gokey, 26, were found in a vehicle behind a Wal-Mart in Seminole on March 20. They had both been shot in the head.

Authorities have now charged Kadetrix D. Grayson, 22, with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction. He is already in jail in an unrelated case, The Ada News reported.

Bounds had family from the Seminole Nation. Gokey was buried in the Sac and Fox Nation cemetery.
